Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: 22 October 2026
These terms apply to all jobs carried out under the Arvenia name. Every job starts with an accepted written quote, which sets out the work, the fixed price and the lead time.
1. Service provider
The services are provided by Enzo Rouchiche Doulbeau, micro-entrepreneur (sole trader), trading as Arvenia, whose address is 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, registered under SIRET number 131 888 182 00014 (hereinafter “the Provider”). Contact: contact@arvenia.fr.
2. Scope
These terms and conditions of sale apply to all of the Provider's services: scripts, automations, artificial intelligence assistants, API integrations, showcase websites, custom tools and one-off maintenance. They are intended exclusively for clients acting for professional purposes, that is, in the course of their commercial, industrial, craft, professional or agricultural activity (hereinafter “the Client”). The services are not offered to consumers.
They supplement the quote, which sets out for each job the work, deliverables, price and lead time. In case of difference between the two, the quote prevails.
3. Request and quote
The Client describes their need through the website form or by email. The Provider aims to reply within 24 business hours. The Provider sends back a written quote setting out the description of the work, the deliverables, what is not included, the items to be supplied, the fixed price and the lead time.
Preparing a quote is free and does not commit the Client. A quote is valid for thirty (30) days from the date it is sent.
4. Order
Every job starts with an accepted written quote. For a job agreed directly with the Provider, the order is firm once the contract is signed by both parties. Work begins after receipt of the payment provided for in article 6 and of the necessary items. For a job agreed through a third-party platform such as Codeur, the platform's terms apply to the order and the payment.
5. Price
The price is fixed and stated in euros on the quote. It cannot be changed after acceptance.
VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI).
The site displays no firm price: the price depends on the project and is set in the quote. Only the price written on the accepted quote binds the parties.
Any new request not covered by the quote gives rise to a new quote, which the Client is free to accept or not.
6. Payment
Job agreed directly: once the contract is signed by both parties, the Client pays the full price before delivery; the Provider then delivers the service. Payment method: bank transfer or another method stated in the contract. Job agreed through a third-party platform such as Codeur: payment is made on the platform, under its terms and with its protection. An invoice is sent by email.
Any late payment automatically incurs late-payment penalties at three times the legal interest rate, due from the day after the due date without any reminder being necessary, together with a fixed recovery-cost indemnity of €40 (articles L441-10 and D441-5 of the French Commercial Code). The Provider may claim additional compensation, with supporting documents, if the costs actually incurred are higher.
7. Lead times
The lead time is stated on the quote. It runs from receipt of the payment and of all the items requested. For guidance, the usual lead times are as follows: Python scripts, 24 to 72 hours; automation, 2 to 5 days; AI and chatbots, first demonstration within 48 hours and going live in 3 to 7 days; APIs and integrations, 2 to 5 days; showcase websites, 3 to 7 days for a simple page and depending on the project beyond that; custom tools, 1 to 3 weeks.
If an item is missing or a question arises, the Provider notifies the Client in writing; the lead time is suspended until the Client replies.
8. Performance and approval
The Provider carries out the job with care. Where the quote provides for it, the Provider presents a first version to the Client, who gives feedback in writing. Adjustments consistent with the quote are included in the price.
9. Delivery and acceptance
Deliverables are handed over by email or through online access, with a guide where the quote provides for one. The Client has eight (8) days from delivery to report any deviation from the quote. After that period without written reservation, the deliverables are deemed accepted.
10. Corrections after delivery
For 30 days from delivery, the Provider corrects at no extra charge any malfunction or deviation of the deliverables from the quote.
Later changes requested, or requests outside the scope of the quote, give rise to a separate one-off quote, which the Client is free to accept or not. Maintenance requests are handled the same way, by one-off quote. No subscription is offered: there is no automatic renewal and no minimum commitment period.
11. Cancellation
The Client may cancel an order at any time in writing. Payment is refunded if the job has not started; if it has started, the work already done is due in proportion to its progress and deducted from the payment, any balance being refunded.
If the Provider cannot carry out the job, the Provider informs the Client in writing and refunds the sums paid for the part not performed.
12. Right of withdrawal
As the services are aimed at professional clients, the Client does not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code.
13. Ownership of deliverables
Once the price has been paid in full, the Client may freely use, modify and distribute the deliverables produced for them, for the needs of their business. Files and data supplied by the Client remain their property. Any open-source components and third-party tools included remain governed by their own licence, indicated in the guide.
14. Tools used
The Provider may rely on third-party software and services, including artificial intelligence tools, to carry out part of the work. Each deliverable is checked and tested by the Provider before being delivered. The Client may ask for the job to be carried out on an extract or an anonymised version of their data.
15. Confidentiality
The Provider keeps confidential the files, data and information supplied by the Client, and uses them only to carry out the job. They are deleted three (3) months after the end of the job.
16. Liability
The Provider has an obligation of best efforts. It is the Client's responsibility to check the deliverables before using them in their business and to keep their own backups.
The Provider's liability is limited to direct damage and capped at the amount actually paid for the job concerned.
17. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
18. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, the Client and the Provider first seek an amicable solution, in writing. Failing that, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the ordinary rules of law.
