Privacy policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This page explains what information Arvenia receives when you fill in the form or write in, what is done with it and how to exercise your rights. In short: your information is used only to reply to you and to carry out your jobs.
Data controller
- Controller
- Enzo Rouchiche Doulbeau, trading as Arvenia
- Status
- micro-entrepreneur (sole trader)
- Address
- 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris
- Contact
- contact@arvenia.fr
Information collected
Arvenia receives only what you choose to send:
- through the request form: your name, your email address, the service you want, your need, any answers to the questions specific to that service (tools used, frequency, existing content…), the budget in mind, the desired deadline, the chosen contact method, your phone or WhatsApp number if you choose that method, and your availability if you give it;
- by email: the content of your messages and the files you attach;
- for a job: the files and access needed to carry it out, and billing information.
The form contains an invisible field intended to block automated submissions. When enabled, an anti-bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile) analyses technical signals from your browser at the moment of sending: IP address, technical characteristics of the browser and browsing signals, used only to tell a human visitor from a bot.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your request and preparing a quote: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR). The consent box on the form confirms that you have read this policy.
- Carrying out the job you accepted: performance of a contract (article 6.1.b GDPR).
- Issuing and keeping invoices: legal obligation (article 6.1.c GDPR).
- Protecting the form against abuse: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).
Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising, and you are not added to any mailing list.
Retention periods
- Requests that do not lead to a job: twelve months after the last exchange.
- Files sent for a job: deleted three months after delivery.
- Data related to a completed job: three years after the end of the job.
- Invoices: ten years, as required by law.
Recipients
Only Arvenia accesses your information, together with the technical providers strictly necessary:
- receiving the form: Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages), which receives the request, then Resend, which forwards it by email;
- anti-bot check of the form: Cloudflare (Turnstile), if enabled;
- payment through a third-party platform (Codeur), for jobs that come from it;
- email: Resend (transactional email sending) and Arvenia's business mailbox;
- site hosting: Cloudflare, Inc.;
- software and artificial intelligence tools used for a job: AI assistance tools and development software may process the items needed to carry out the job, under their providers' contractual safeguards.
If your files contain sensitive data, say so before sending them: the job can be carried out on an extract or an anonymised version.
Transfers outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend are US companies. The data they process may therefore be transferred to the United States, with appropriate safeguards: the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, depending on the provider.
Cookies, fonts and demos
This site sets no cookies, neither for analytics nor for advertising. Fonts and images are hosted on the site itself. Only the form's anti-bot check, if enabled, loads a Cloudflare resource, at the moment you fill in the form.
The demos on the Demos page run entirely in your browser: what you type or paste there is neither sent nor saved.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of its processing, object to its processing or request its portability. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Just write to contact@arvenia.fr.
The reply comes within the period set by the GDPR: one month at most, extendable in some cases, in which case you are informed.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (the French data protection authority), at cnil.fr.
